Warranty Period

All new miners come with an official warranty provided by the manufacturer. The warranty period may vary, depending on the specific product. The purchaser is responsible for transportation and any associated costs related to returning a product. We will cover only the transportation costs for sending the repaired or replacement product back to the purchaser.

King ASIC Miner provides various shipping options to meet different needs. We support global shipping from our warehouses. Customers may also choose to pick up their orders directly from our warehouses.

We are not responsible for misplacement, carelessness or other issues on the part of courier carriers. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers. If you want to change your shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing an order.
